Booking/Cancellation policy
Before booking please be sure of the look you want to avoid additional fees. Ex. If you book Natural Gleaux but want 25mm lashes you will incur an additional fee for the lashes. After booking your appointment you will receive an appointment confirmation via text or email. This confirmation will contain vital information/instructions for your appointment. If you wish to cancel your appointment please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment properly you will be required to pay another deposit to reschedule or may be banned from booking in the future.
Late/No show policy
After your scheduled appointment time there is a 15min grace period. If you will be late for your scheduled appointment you must inform your artist by calling or texting the number included in your confirmation message. If you have not arrived or made contact with your artist during the allotted grace period your appointment will be canceled.
